Our sampler brings you the best of Northwest organic blueberries in our all natural/non-preserved products.

The three products cater to those with a sweet tooth as well as those looking for spiced or curried fruits. Our farm is committed to using organic and sustainable farming methods to produce the most flavorful and highest quality blueberries grown in the North Cascade Foothills. Our cold and snowy winters combined with hot summers combine into the ideal climate for producing very sweet and intensely flavored fruit.

Blueberry Lemon Preserve

This lemony preserve brings you the blue skies and sunshine of the Northwest. It is a pectin-free preserve in which the fruits are cooked down to bring you a product that tastes somewhat closer to a marmalade than expected. It is delicious served as a preserve at breakfast or tea time and provides a scrumptious addition to cheese.

Blueberry Mango Chutney

In the classic chutney tradition this sweet spiced condiment pairs beautifully with fish, poultry, pork and lamb and provides an added flair to cheese, coucous, rice or maybe even that leftover turkey sandwich. It is year round good and adds a delicious and sophisticated balance of fruit, curry and spices to festive ocassions.

Blueberry Mango Salsa

Here's a Northwest spin on mild salsa. This perky salsa is sweet, sassy and delightful. While it does very nicely with chips, it provides the flavor bonus and beautiful color you're looking for with cheeses or as a flavoring in salad dressing. It's just asking you to be a creative thinker when it comes to salsa.
